The exact services included in a customer’s order will be determined by the package, proposal, quotation, invoice, or written agreement provided to the customer.
To provide services efficiently, customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and materials required for their project.

Images and illustrations
Logos and branding materials
Publishing account information where applicable
Correct contact and billing information

Any required copyright, ownership, or licensing information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the materials they provide do not knowingly violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy rights, or other legal rights.
Ebook Local Publisher is not responsible for delays resulting from missing, inaccurate, incomplete, or late customer information or materials.
Prices may vary depending on the scope, complexity, timeline, and requirements of a project.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, services outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
A quotation does not necessarily constitute a final service agreement until the customer accepts the proposal and/or makes the required payment.

Customers remain responsible for any fees that have already been earned or for work completed before a project is paused or cancelled.
We make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the estimated timeframe communicated to the customer.

Project timelines may be extended when delays are caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by delayed customer feedback or materials.
An estimated delivery date is not a guaranteed deadline unless a specific deadline guarantee has been expressly agreed to in writing.
The number of revisions included in a project will depend on the customer’s selected package or written agreement.
Customers are expected to review proofs, drafts, designs, formatting, and other deliverables carefully and provide clear feedback.
Once a customer approves a final design, manuscript, formatting file, or other deliverable, additional changes may be treated as new work and may incur additional charges.
Changes that substantially alter the original project scope may also be subject to additional fees.
Customers retain responsibility for the content they provide to Ebook Local Publisher.
This includes ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authorizations to use:

Photographs
Illustrations
Logos
Artwork
Quotes
Trademarks
Other third-party materials
The customer agrees not to provide materials that are knowingly unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer retains ownership of original content and materials they provide to Ebook Local Publisher.
Upon full payment for the applicable services, the customer will generally receive the final project deliverables specifically included in their purchased package.
Ebook Local Publisher retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, systems, templates, processes, techniques, software, internal resources, and other materials developed independently of the customer’s project.
Third-party fonts, stock images, software, publishing platforms, templates, or other licensed materials may remain subject to the applicable third-party license terms.
Unless the customer requests confidentiality in writing or a separate confidentiality agreement states otherwise, Ebook Local Publisher may display limited information about completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, or promotional materials.
We will not intentionally disclose confidential manuscript content or sensitive customer information for promotional purposes.
Customers may contact us if they have specific confidentiality requirements that should be agreed upon before work begins.
Ebook Local Publisher may assist customers with third-party publishing or distribution platforms.
These platforms may include ebook stores, print-on-demand services, distributors, payment processors, advertising platforms, or other third-party services.
